With over 17 years of recruitment experience, Andrew is a Director of Search4 and the Managing Director of Design & Build, established in 2004 which specialises in Construction, Energy, Engineering, and Property.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has met with thousands of clients and candidates and played a role in hundreds of temporary and permanent placements. As well his recruitment focused role Andrew has played a pivotal part in expanding our Search4 team from 18 members in 2012 to over 100 in 2024 while managing a contractor workforce of over 500 professionals for both private and public sector clients. His dedication to the industry and commitment to excellence continue to drive the success of the Search4 group through Design & Build.
