Tom Dumper, with over 20 years in the recruitment industry, is passionate about people development and building trust. He takes immense pride in the journey the organisation has been on and since joining 10 years is driven by a dedicated team of people who are focused on the company vision of being the most trusted recruitment agency in Australia.
Tom believes in creating opportunities for the people who work across all of Search4’s brands through sustainable growth. He has seen it firsthand countless new roles being created, and people given the opportunity within the business to take on those roles and thrive. Tom understands his current roles is focused on communication and leadership development to give all people within the Search4 group the best opportunity to develop and make Search4’s companies great places to work.
Balancing professional commitment with family life, Tom enjoys spending time with his Wife and Daughter, claims Golf is good for his mental health (his handicap says different), enjoys all forms of sport and supporting the Hawthorn Football Club.
