About the Role
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager (Operations) and works under the leadership of Human Resources Manager (Workforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of internal policies, procedures and practices relating to best practice through the analysis, coordination and undertaking of HR projects
- Maintain appropriate filing, administration and record tracking systems ensuring the currency and validity of HR reports.
- Provide advice and support on the interpretation and implementation of legislation, procedures, processes, guidelines and industrial awards.
- Available to start immediately.
- Proficiency in systems such as Aurion HRIS, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow (or similar) is highly desirable
- Ideally, have experience within the government/public sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice
