are working with a State Government organisation who are seeking an experience Human Resources Officer(with ER case management experience) on an initial short term contract + extension.
The Job

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
- Case manage, investigate, and advise on employee issues and industrial relations matters in accordance with the industrial instruments, as applicable.
- Assist workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and policy breaches.
- Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
- Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives
- Government experience is essential, (Applications will not be considered)
- Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes.
