As the People and Culture Advisor, you’ll be a key advisor and partner to leaders across the business applying your HR expertise to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting People and Culture team in the delivery and coordination of HR projects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline planning cycles, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve project delivery performance across multiple business units.
- Providing HR generalist advice across areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Provide timely, pragmatic HR advice to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle (e.g., workforce matters, performance, conduct and workplace change).
- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and governance to meet statutory and industrial requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to build HR capability and embed a high-performance culture through sound people practices, coaching and constructive feedback.
- Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end HR services in a dynamic environment
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult and influence stakeholders
- Government experience across local council or state departments
