- ASAP START | AO7 Human Resources - Workforce Planning
- Brisbane CBD - WFH up to two days per week
- Attractive pay rates from $87 p/h + 12% Super (PAYG)
- Initial contract until March 2027 + extension.
What you will be doing:
- Partnered with Executive Leadership to co-create a roadmap for purpose-led transformation aligned with strategic objectives across 9 operational areas in the workforce.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline planning cycles, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve project delivery performance across multiple business units
- Human Centred Design and persona with a story-sharing narrative to understand and achieve continuous improvement with incremental uplift value.
- Utilising excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching capability be the centre of trust for leaders in all HR matters, particularly ER/IR, People and Culture during transformational change
- Commit to review the workforce with respect to: Classification and progression, Permanent appointments and review role and function,
What we are looking for:
- Relevant HR qualifications and experience
- PROSCI qualification or experience in relevant People Strategy projects
- Experience in Local Council or State government is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in ER/IR projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset and approach, with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
