A leading HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-rise residential tower project in Sydney. This is a hands-on role managing all on-site HVAC activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day HVAC site operations on a high-rise residential project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with safety standards
- Report to senior management on milestones, issues, and solutions
- Proven experience managing HVAC works on high-rise residential projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant trade qualifications or engineering background
- Competitive salary: Up to $130,000 + super + car/allowance
