We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing service team working across residential apartment buildings and light commercial sites throughout Sydney.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to work independently, take ownership of your work, and represent the business directly with clients and building managers.
You’ll be working across planned and reactive service, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems in occupied residential and commercial environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across apartments and light commercial buildings
- Strong focus on fault finding and diagnostics with minimal supervision
- Identifying and recommending additional repair or upgrade opportunities on site
- Completing service reports and communicating clearly with clients and office teams
- Managing your own workload and jobs across Sydney metro
- Qualified HVAC Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Confident working independently across multiple sites
- Good communicator – comfortable dealing with clients and building managers
- Commercial mindset with an eye for identifying extra works opportunities
- Reliable, self-driven, and quality-focused
- Up to $60 per hour(depending on experience)
