Our client is a fast-growing player in the renewable energy space, committed to delivering sustainable, clean energy solutions across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Assistant
to join their friendly office team in Balmain.
About the role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping the day-to-day accounts and administrative functions of the office running smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for contributing to something bigger.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
- Generating invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting payroll preparation
- Managing general office administration (filing, scheduling, supplies)
- Assisting with data entry and document control
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar Accounts/Bookkeeping role
- Knowledge of MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
- Accounting or finance qualifications are desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Up to $65k + Super
