The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a high-performing finance team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice data entry, matching, and reconciliation
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with month-end close and reporting requirements
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within construction or property development
- Experience working in high-volume transactional environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience using Jobpac (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively
