Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment information
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial
- Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts payable role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
