About the Role:
This is a Permanent role working Wednesday to Friday, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business, supporting different admin teams and delivering excellent service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy front office
- Assist with general admin tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the residential construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and friendly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Up to $32.00ph + Super & potential to work more hours when needed.
