In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement & Contracts team
- Assist with document preparation, data entry and record management
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
- Support procurement and contract management processes
- Respond to internal queries promptly and professionally
You’ll be highly organised with strong attention to detail, comfortable working across multiple priorities and confident in using Microsoft Office and Council systems. Experience in a local government or similar environment will be highly regarded.
Contract details:
- Immediate start – through to end of January 2026 potential to extend
- Located in the south eastern suburbs
- Temporary full-time position via agency
