Administrator
Well established Brisbane based residential construction company with huge growth plans are searching for a general administrator. Due to the growth projections, there is a very real growth plan for the successful applicant to be mentored and supported into promotion and progression. Our client produces beautiful and bespoke owner occupied single and double story homes between $800K and $1.5M.
Duties
- General administration and reception duties
- Basic accounts/financial data entry and processing.
- Working closely with clients, arranging appointments.
- Coordination of office supplies and events.
- Following up on quote requests.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and file management
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders both internal and external
- Ensuring efficient workflow and that timelines are met
- 1-3 years’ experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
- Desire to learn and grow into more senior roles within 12 – 24 months
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Remuneration paid in line with experience
- Brand new office based in Banyo
- Regular team events, and early “knock offs”
- Two very understanding and experienced directors

This is a full time, 5 days p/w office based role, Monday - Friday. You will enjoy regular site visits to view homes and meet with clients.
