This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to contribute to a high-volume accounts payable function within a structured government environment. You will work standard business hours — 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday - with no overtime expected, providing excellent work-life balance.
Hourly Rate: $51.12 per hour plus super

What you will be doing
- High-volume invoice data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Reviewing and verifying invoices against departmental procurement and payment policies
- Processing accounts payable transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies to reduce processing errors
- Managing a range of document types within a fast-paced, volume-driven environment
- Supporting broader accounts payable team activities as required
- Demonstrated experience in high-speed, high-accuracy data entry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative while contributing to team goals
- A proactive, self-directed work style with a strong sense of ownership.
