- Financial & Costing Support
- Process daily costing and timesheet transactions, including revenue claims.
- Monitor project and work order financial positions to ensure accuracy.
- Provide early warnings on variances and budget deviations.
- Prepare accurate End of Month and ad‑hoc financial reports.
- Perform financial reconciliations using SAP R/3.
- Assist with the requisition and purchasing of goods and services to maintain operational workflows.
- Support procurement practices that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory purchases and cost allocations, and support stocktakes.
- Investigate and resolve routine supplier queries and complaints.
- Validate employee timesheets for correct allowances and entitlements.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in accordance with relevant awards and policies.
- Maintain strong governance across finance, procurement and administrative processes.
- Provide accurate advice and support to project teams.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement culture.
Key Skills Required:
- Finance, accounts or payroll experience
- Administration support within operational or project‑based environments
- Scheduling or cost‑tracking capability
- Procurement or invoicing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with SAP R/3(advantageous)
