Reporting to the Principal Advisor (Finance), you'll support the branch and project teams to hit financial deadlines and maintain high standards across the board. Expect a mix of hands-on transactional work and higher-level advisory support, working closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
What you'll be doing
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Providing timely, accurate financial advice to support branch correspondence, briefs and reports
- Building and maintaining spreadsheets and registers for analysis
- Delivering accurate reporting to drive business outcomes
- Refining local business processes for continuous improvement
- Supporting the financial training and development of branch staff
What we're looking for
- Solid financial management experience - budgeting, reporting, analysis - with confidence across financial software (SAP)
- An eye for trends, with the judgement to turn them into actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse business and project teams
- A track record of drafting clear, quality correspondence and reports that support fast, accurate decision-making
