This role is critical to the team at the moment as they are leading the transition of services from one payroll/HR service provider to another and finalising activities in establishing the organisation's HR services as a statutory body.

- Contract length: Initial 3 month contract contract + extension

- Support the transition to a new payroll service provider, including readiness activities, workflow development, stakeholder coordination, communication/reporting and change support.
- Provide timely, pragmatic HR advice to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle (e.g., workforce matters, performance, conduct and workplace change).
- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and governance to meet statutory and industrial requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to build HR capability and embed a high-performance culture through sound people practices, coaching and constructive feedback.
