An established residential home builder, with over 20 years’ experience delivering quality home builds and inclusive house & land packages across key land estates in NSW and QLD, is looking for an ArchiCAD Design Draftsperson to join their team.
This is an office based role with flexible hours, offering the chance to work on spec homes across select NSW estates and contribute to the company’s design output as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept and detailed designs in ArchiCAD for residential projects.
- Assist in developing designs for spec homes ready for approvals and construction.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the team grows.
- 5+ years’ experience in residential design drafting, proficient in ArchiCAD.
- Strong technical drafting and design skills
- Creative, independent and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary $80K - $100K + Super (depending on experience)
