Production Draftsperson – Residential Builder
We’re working with a large residential builder based in North Sydney, building around 150 homes a year across Sydney and surrounding areas. With over 30 years in the industry, they have an excellent reputation.
They now have an exciting position for an ArchiCAD Production Draftsperson.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a high volume environment. The homes are mostly standard plans, but each site has its own quirks, so your drafting skills will be key to keeping everything accurate and compliant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential homes.
- Working across multiple sites while following standard home plans.
- Handling concept plans, siting homes on blocks, and ensuring setbacks meet council requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to finalise drawings for DA, CDC, or construction.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction.
- Comfortable in a production environment with minimal design work.
- Strong drafting software skills and knowledge of residential building standards.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
