We are working with a boutique, design-focused architecture studio based in Melbourne, renowned for delivering beautifully crafted residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Architect for an initial 7-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, collaborative studio where design quality and attention to detail are at the forefront.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Directors and senior team across all stages of design and delivery
- Contribute to concept design, design development, documentation, and contract administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Produce high-quality documentation – strong ArchiCAD skills are essential
- Assist with site services and contract administration when required
- Registered Architect (or close to registration) preferred
- Circa 5 years post-graduate experience
- Proficient in ArchiCAD – essential
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
- Well-rounded skill set across design, documentation, and delivery
- Confident working independently while contributing to a small team
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Immediate start available
