Architect - Commercial
Overview:
Our client is an established design focused practice with a strong presence in the Brisbane market, pipeline extends across a range of exciting, complex large-scale projects across new commercial new builds.
The studio places a strong emphasis on positive cultural elements where staff of all levels are encouraged to provide ideas openly, collaborate in an innovative environment and connect.
Criteria:
- All rounder - strong skills running projects from inception to completion - ability to work across numerous project phases
- Drive the creative process with support from the Project Leader, seeing work is delivered exceeding client brief
- People skills for contributing within team settings and external stakeholders
- Time management skills to work within deadlines and established project objectives
- Revit native with excellent hands on skills + Rhino skills highly regarded
- Experience in Commercial works to reflect current pipeline
- 5+ years of studio experience in Australian architecture
- Strong understanding of QLD codes and standards
- A positive and committed attitude
