About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect who's looking for long-term growth and development within the team. With a large pipeline of projects ongoing and incoming, this role will suit an experienced and confident Architect who is hands on, can document and detail construction drawings and demonstrates "construction sensibility". This firm is dedicated to creating beautiful designs but has a heavy focus the buildability and constructability of a structure.
About You
You are a dedicated and passionate Architect who is eager to expand their skills and knowledge within large-scale multi residential projects. You are a team player who is keen to take on various projects from concept to completion. You are willing to be "on the tools" to encourage development and growth within the team. You have a confident and approachable personality with a thorough understanding the industry.
You will also possess;
- Minimum of 4+ years' post grad experience
- Architecture degree or registered
- Proficiency in Revit but open to other softwares
- Must have proven multi-residential design experience
- Demonstrated understanding of design, detailing and construction documentation
- Ideally has
- Knowledge of Building Code of Australia and other industry regulations
