The Role
As an Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects through design development, documentation, and consultant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of commercial and mixed-use projects
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation packages
- Coordinate with consultants including structural, services, and planning teams
- Participate in design workshops and client presentations
- Assist with planning approvals and development applications
- Support project delivery through construction documentation phases
- Ensure drawings comply with codes, standards, and project requirements
- Registered Architect or working towards registration
- Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use, or residential projects
- Strong documentation and design capability
- Proficiency in Revit or BIM-based design software
- Good communication and coordination skills
