An established and highly regarded architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect / Project Lead to join its Sydney studio. With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, this is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from design development through to construction delivery.
The practice works across a range of sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality and commercial projects, with a particularly strong presence in multi-residential developments throughout NSW.
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of multi-residential projects through all project phases
- Managing project teams and coordinating consultants
- Overseeing design development, documentation and construction administration
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high design standard
- Mentoring and supporting junior architects and graduates
- Driving project coordination and documentation within Revit
- Degree qualification in Architecture
- Registered Architect preferred, but not essential
- 7+ years' architectural experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-residential projects in Australia
- Strong Revit proficiency and BIM coordination experience
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Experience managing consultants and project stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction methodologies, NCC and relevant standards
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
