Public Sector People are partnering with an Australian government organisation based in Sydney to recruit for an Asset Planning Analyst.
Contract: 3 months contract with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $65 - $75 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Compile and catalogue existing data sets across all asset classes (pavement, footpaths, drainage, foreshores, lighting etc.).
- Translate improved data insights into draft, multi-year renewal / upgrade programmes for inclusion in the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) and Delivery Program & Operational Plan (DPOP).
- Prioritise remediation actions (quick wins, medium term, strategic initiatives) with estimated effort, cost and dependencies.
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience analysing, managing and reporting on infrastructure asset data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, Asset Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
