This is a rare opportunity for a senior civil or structural engineering professional who wants to combine technical leadership, client engagement and strategic influence to help shape the future direction of an established team.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the platform to influence major projects, strengthen client relationships, mentor future leaders and contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Provide senior technical leadership across complex engineering projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners and project stakeholders.
- Support strategic growth through market engagement and project opportunities.
- Lead major project pursuits and provide guidance from opportunity through to delivery.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while promoting technical excellence.
- Contribute to the capability, culture and future direction of the business.
- Associate Director-level role with genuine influence and autonomy.
