About the Role:
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build strong and trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication will be vital as you embark on our tailored Associate Program. During this program, you will receive one-on-one training from an industry expert and leader in contract recruitment, enabling you to become a specialist in your field. By approaching the program with a curious growth mindset, you will gain the tools and skills needed to excel as a trusted recruiter, always prioritizing the needs of your clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
- Build rapport and trusted connections with clients and candidates.
- Approach each day with high energy and drive, ready to pick up the phone and gain confidence as a specialist in government contract recruitment.
- Embrace a curious growth mindset, immersing yourself in the program and doing right by your clients, candidates, colleagues and community.
- An awesome tailored Associate Program, providing you with personalized training and guidance from an industry expert and leader in their field.
