This is an exciting contract opportunity for someone with strong AV infrastructure experience who enjoys solving complex technical issues and working with enterprise-grade technologies in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise audio visual and video conferencing systems.
- Install, configure and maintain courtroom AV technology, including DSPs, control systems, displays and integrated communications.
- Troubleshoot complex AV and conferencing issues and act as a technical escalation point.
- Perform proactive maintenance to ensure critical technology remains operational.
- Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal technology teams to deliver reliable services.
- Contribute to technology upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Audio Visual (AV) systems
- Digital Signal Processors (Biamp, Q-SYS or similar)
- Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex or other video conferencing platforms
- Crestron, Extron or similar control systems
- ITIL-based service management environments
