This is a hands-on role where you’ll be managing and improving Amazon Connect, building integrations, and helping deliver reliable, secure cloud solutions across multiple teams.
The role
- Manage and support Amazon Connect environments
- Build and optimise contact flows and integrations (Lambda/APIs)
- Ensure systems are secure, stable, and cost-effective
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance
- Work closely with cloud, network, and project teams on delivery
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect
- Solid AWS cloud engineering background
- Experience with Lambda and system integrations
- Scripting/automation skills ( Python, Terraform, or AWS CDK)
- Good understanding of IAM, security, and best practices
- $94.81 per hour + super
- Contract through to October
- Brisbane CBD location
- Work on large-scale government cloud solutions
