Benefits Realisation Manager

The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a Benefits Realisation Manager to help our client turn their SAP SuccessFactors transformation into real, measurable results. You’ll be the go-to person connecting people, processes, and technology, making sure every change counts and every benefit is delivered.

What You’ll Do:

• Define, track, and report on benefits across key HCMS modules.
• Develop frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise value.
• Analyse post-implementation data and recommend improvements.

• Experience in benefits realisation or business performance management in large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics).
