Contract Administrator | National Builder | Government & Education Projects up to $25m

A well-established national builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator  to join its growing Perth team, delivering high-quality government, education and commercial projects valued up to $25M.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to take the next step in their career with a builder that offers the scale, resources and project pipeline of a national business, while maintaining a strong and collaborative Perth-based team.

You’ll work alongside experienced construction professionals and gain exposure to technically complex projects across the full project lifecycle. With a supportive leadership team and a strong focus on internal development, this role provides an excellent platform for someone looking to progress towards Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, negotiations, variations and claims
  • Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
  • Assist with cost management, forecasting and project reporting
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors
  • Assist with project programmes, compliance and contractual documentation
  • Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders
  • Work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role
  • Construction experience with a Tier 1, Tier 2 or established Tier 3 builder
  • Experience across commercial, government, education or complex construction projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within project management
