Based South of the River, the business has a strong project pipeline across commercial new-build and defence projects, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced bids professional to join an established team.
The Role As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, EOIs and capability statements.
Working closely with estimating, pre-construction, design and project teams, you will manage the bid process from initial brief through to final submission, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compelling and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, formatting and production of EOIs, tenders and capability statements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure submission requirements are met.
- Coordinate bid timelines, submission schedules and key deliverables.
- Prepare and format high-quality submission documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Manage tender documentation, schedules and online submission portals.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent and professionally presented.
- Work closely with estimating and project teams to develop compelling tender responses.
- Assist with maintaining bid templates, content libraries and capability documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of bid processes and quality.
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Submissions Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
- Experience working on commercial construction or new-build projects.
- Experience within defence, government or other highly regulated sectors would be highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign – essential.
- Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with estimating, design and project teams.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required.
