We’re recruiting for a well-established, national construction and fit-out company delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail, and government sectors. Our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator
to join their Sydney team on an initial 3-month contract.
As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, compelling bid submissions. Working closely with their estimating, design, and project teams, you will manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from initial brief through to final submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, formatting, and production of EOIs, tenders, and capability statements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely delivery of submission components.
- Design and format submission documents using Adobe InDesign, in line with company branding.
- Manage tender documentation, schedules, and submission portals.
- Support continuous improvement in bid quality and processes.
- Proven experience in a bid coordination or submissions role, ideally within the refurbishment and fit-out industry.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign – essential for document layout and formatting.
- Strong written communication and editing skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Organised, proactive, and a team player.
