About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Bid Coordinator and EA to join a well-established and highly collaborative business in the engineering industry at Sydney Olympic Park. 

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating end-to-end tender submissions, including tracking opportunities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of compliant bids
    • Preparing and completing tender documentation such as questionnaires, returnable schedules, and RFIs to a high standard
    • Collaborating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for complex submissions
    • Managing contract tracking systems, monitoring key milestones, deadlines, and compliance requirements
    • Supporting management, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis
    • Providing executive support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
    • Ensuring high-quality meeting governance, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
    • Supporting client engagement activities, including coordinating client visits, preparing pitch materials, and maintaining high communication standards
About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in bid coordination, tender administration, or executive support within construction, engineering, or professional services
• Strong administrative and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical capability with experience in reporting or CRM systems
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and work autonomously
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
