Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for Asset Officer – Fire Safety.
Contract: 3 months
Competitive hourly rate: $45 - $55 p/h + Super depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Essential Services contracts including the annual Fire Safety Statement, Emergency Lighting, Hose reels, Sprinklers, Hydrants, Exits Signs and Evacuation plans.
- Update database for works and details including, status, costs, timeframes and source to ensure records are kept current and accurate
- Review / Audit, monitor and input relevant data into the Asset Database
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in Fire Safety Assets position or similar.
- Tertiary qualifications in fire safety, civil engineering, and/or relevant experience
