The Role
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess building damage
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimates
- Compile causation and repair reports for insurers
- Coordinate trades and oversee repairs through to completion
- Maintain strong communication with clients, insurers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Trade qualified, ideally carpentry or construction experience
- Hands-on understanding of residential and commercial building methods
- Strong estimating and quoting skills (or keen to develop them)
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
