Key Responsibilities
- Assess and determine complex building applications, construction certificates, and compliance matters
- Undertake inspections of building works to ensure compliance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act , NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and Council policies
- Degree qualification in Building Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related discipline
- Preferable Registration or accreditation as a Building Surveyor / Certifier (NSW compliant)
