Business Development Manager (Health Care)

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with strong relationships across the commercial fit-out industry? Have you successfully won work within the healthcare, medical, or specialist construction sectors?
We're partnering with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor that's built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare environments. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced BDM to drive new business opportunities across Victoria.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new healthcare fit-out opportunities. You'll leverage your existing network across consultants, healthcare providers, architects and project managers to build long-term relationships and convert opportunities into secured projects.

About You

• Proven Business Development experience within the commercial fit-out or construction industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare, medical, or specialist fit-out projects
• Existing relationships with healthcare operators, consultants, architects and project managers
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, win new business and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
