Role Purpose
- Assess and develop strategies with partners to incorporate household energy storage products into their business models.
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners across Australia.
- Evaluate partner businesses and co-develop strategies that grow storage product sales while improving partner P&L outcomes.
- Build creative solutions to win new accounts and expand market share.
- Act as the lead for new product introductions, training, and positioning.
- Negotiate agreements, manage day-to-day issues, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of customers to consistently achieve revenue and share objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging storage technologies to support partner success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years proven B2B sales experience in high-tech industries (electro-mechanical equipment, renewable energy, storage, or similar).
- At least 5+ years sales experience specifically in renewable energy markets.
- Strong portfolio management experience with a track record of achieving revenue and share targets.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a complex channel-driven sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proven ability in territory planning and management.
- Base: 100K–120K
- Bonuses: Quarterly + annual (~50% of base if targets met)
- Meal allowance: $30/day
- Hybrid working: Field-focused, minimal office requirement
- Experienced in building and scaling partnerships in renewable energy and high-tech markets.
- Outgoing, persuasive, and able to create win-win partner strategies.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and account management skills.
- Comfortable driving results through indirect channels (dealers, distributors).
