Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45-50 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Compliance team, including managing telephone enquiries, correspondence, records, and documentation.
- Service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update compliance registers, databases, and management systems to ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Process compliance-related documentation, notices, purchase orders, payments, and other administrative transactions.
- Prepare reports, statistical data, and management information to support operational and business unit requirements.
- Coordinate and triage incoming work requests, ensuring tasks are allocated and prioritised appropriately across the team.
- Assist with the preparation, quality assurance, and management of compliance documentation, assessments, and case files.
- Support the collection, organisation, and provision of information required for investigations, legal matters, and court proceedings.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing administrative processes, procedures, and systems to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
