You’ll gain exposure across all areas of the business, learning how each department operates while being mentored by highly experienced industry professionals.
This role will be office based, Monday - Friday, providing a strong foundation before progressing into site further down the line.
About the role
- Working under the maintenance manager, you will assess and document maintenance and warranty issues for residential homes
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to clients, trades, and internal teams
- Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate repair or maintenance
- Cert III in Carpentry is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to progress in the industry with a genuine interest in residential construction
