What the role will involve:
- Hands-on carpentry with end-to-end project exposure
- Supervising apprentices
- Ordering materials
- Quality control across multiple jobs
- Coordinating trades on-site
- Carpentry Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of residential Carpentry/Leading Hand experience
- Experience in architecturally designed renovations, extensions, and/or heritage builds
- Well set up – tools, reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic, takes pride in workmanship
- Reliable and loyal
