This is a hands on role suited to a carpenter with solid residential experience who is comfortable working across multiple sites and within a structured, volume building environment.
The Role
- Carry out carpentry works across residential projects from frame through to completion
- Complete framing, fixing, cladding and eaves
- Work through lock-up and fit-off stages
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Work across multiple sites throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and the Central Coast
- Work closely with supervisors and other trades to keep projects moving
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications
- Previous residential construction experience
- Experience working with volume builders highly regarded
- Strong experience across frames, fix, cladding, eaves, lock-up and fit-off
- Own tools
- Own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable travelling across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and Central Coast
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Base salary + Super
