- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with trade and subcontractor coordination.
- Support site supervision, project scheduling and workflow.
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive worksite.
- Work closely with the builder and site management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience.
- Previous Leading Hand experience, or a Carpenter ready to step into a leadership position.
- Experience with high-end residential builds, renovations or extensions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Confident communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ambition to develop your skills and progress into a Foreman position.
- Up to $125,000 + super, based on experience.
