We are seeking a commercially driven CFO to lead the financial strategy of a growing renewable energy platform. This role sits at the intersection of project development, acquisitions, capital raising, and operational finance, supporting the business through its next phase of expansion. You’ll work closely with the CEO and investors to scale a portfolio across wind, solar, storage, and emerging energy assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation across the portfolio
- Partner with the CEO on growth strategy, including market entry and expansion
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Lead financial evaluation of new project and platform acquisitions
- Oversee full transaction lifecycle: valuation, structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Manage financial due diligence processes with external advisors and investors
- Integrate acquired assets into financial and reporting frameworks
- Manage relationships across a diverse investor base (e.g. infrastructure funds, private equity, strategic investors, and debt providers)
- Lead equity and debt financing processes
- Tailor reporting and communication to different investor expectations and compliance requirements
