We’re hiring a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Broker to join a high-performing team helping Australian businesses reduce their energy costs.

The Role You’ll join a collaborative sales team, making 40–60 manual outbound calls a day and running your own end-to-end B2B sales cycle. With deal sizes around $20K and a 2–3 week cycle, you’ll be expected to build a pipeline, hit your quota, and close fast.
- Outbound phone-based B2B energy sales
- Manage your own pipeline and monthly targets
- Close ~$20K deals in a 2–3 week cycle
- Ramp up to $125K/month quota over 6 months
- Uncapped commissions – top brokers earn $350K+
- 2+ years of B2B phone-based sales experience
- Resilience and a strong work ethic for cold calling
