About the Role Continued company growth has created an opportunity to recruit a new Energy Broker. This phone-based sales position will be office-based in Brisbane.
As an integral part of the team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making 40–50 new business calls per day
- Prospecting your own commercial and industrial energy leads
- Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses
- Negotiating the best energy deal available to match your customers’ needs
- Sharing insights with other team members and participating in company events
- Uncapped commission structure
- Team events from lunches to winery tours
- Monthly budget for each staff member for self-development
- Regular coaching sessions and workshops from a supportive leadership team
- A results-driven mindset, competitive nature, and strong ability to consistently achieve KPIs
- 12 months B2B sales experience or similar sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
- Confidence in engaging with high-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills
