About the Role
Design & Build are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver civil projects across earthworks, excavation, demolition, and subdivisions. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of civil projects
- Manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
- Ensure WHSEQ standards and regulatory requirements are met
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience managing subdivision and bulk earthworks projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills
- Solid knowledge of WHSEQ and relevant legislation
- Results-driven leader with strong communication skills
Full-time, permanent role with regular travel to project sites across NSW.
