We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil works sites. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil works sites from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor site safety, conducting regular safety checks and ensuring all workers adhere to site safety protocols.
- Oversee and ensure quality control, providing reports and updates to clients on project progress.
- Resolve any issues that arise on site, liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role within the civil construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client relationships.
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and quality control practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in civil construction.
